Forgiven At BAM

Category: Soups Daily Updates — ericsoup @ 11:24 am

This has to do with Sundance, so it gets an entrty here.  Out of sheer laziness, I’m just gong to post the e-mail the Kelly sent out about this:

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Dear Cast and Crew, Friends and Family,

We are so excited to send word that FORGIVEN has been selected to participate in BAM (Brooklyn Academy of Music) and Sundance Institute’s May celebration of the Institute’s 25th Anniversary.  From May 11-21, BAM will host a film series, theater, musical performances, and panel discussions, featuring artists who have been supported by Sundance’s development programs and filmmakers they consider “the most dynamic emerging filmmakers from the US and abroad”.

FORGIVEN will have two screenings, one on May 14 and one on May 20.  If you’re in town and interested in seeing the film, or you’re fanatically encouraging a friend to see it and the other fine films/events in the series – tickets go on sale this coming Monday, April 10, and can be purchased by phone or over the internet:

Phone – 718 777 FILM (order by “name of movie” option)

DAY 6

I surprised that I was able to keep us as long as I was with the blog. But indeed, I dropped the ball. So, I’m back, and this is going to be a whirlwind entry to get us up to date, essentially covering the last 4 days all the way up to our departure from Park City.

Paul’s Final Entry

Category: Pauls Words — ericsoup @ 4:02 am

My final entry here on Sundance. A post script that will try to pick up where I left off for the sake of posterity, buy on the morning of the premiere, cialis Monday (alas, rendered with the knowledge and after-tone of already knowing now, as I did not know then, of The Event of Late Friday Night…on which I will tread—when I arrive at Friday night).

Soup – Day 5

Category: Soups Daily Updates — ericsoup @ 11:08 pm

All Sundnace related activity was really based at the end of my day today. Not so true for Paul and Kelly, of course, but at this point, that’s to be expected.

Beagin give a shout out

Category: Press — ericsoup @ 5:02 pm

Another of my favorite bloggers has given props to Forgiven. Check him out, at beagin.com. Shane Beagin be his name, and many interests be his game. I highly recommend the photo section of the site. Shane does with his digital camer what we all wish we did all of the time, take pictures and share them with the world. Luckily he has one of them good photographer’s eyes. Thanks for the mention Shane.
